Our Policies

    • More than 24 hours’ notice:

      -No cancellation fee applies. You may reschedule free of charge.

    • Less than 24 hours’ notice:

      -A 50% cancellation fee will be charged.

    • Same-day cancellation or no-show:

      -A 100% service fee will be charged.

    • Rescheduling with more than 24 hours’ notice is free.

    • Rescheduling within 24 hours is treated as a late cancellation and may incur a 50% fee.

  • If our cleaner is unable to access the property at the scheduled time (e.g. no key, incorrect access instructions, locked gates), the booking will be considered a no-show, and the full service fee will apply.

  • Cancellation fees will be charged to the payment method on file or added to your next invoice.

  • ‍ ‍Property Condition

    The property must be:

    • Vacant (no furniture unless agreed)

    • Free of excessive rubbish

    • Utilities connected (electricity & water)

    If the property is excessively dirty, contains pet hair, mold, grease build-up, or has not been reasonably maintained, additional charges may apply or the clean may need to be rescheduled.

    Pricing & Time

    • Bond cleans are priced based on property size and condition

    • Time estimates are guides only

    • Additional time required will be charged accordingly and must be approved before proceeding

    Access & Inspection

    The client is responsible for ensuring access to the property at the scheduled time.

    If access is not available, the booking will be considered a no-show, and the full service fee will apply.

    Cancellations

    • Less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% fee

    • Same-day cancellation or no-show: 100% fee

    Bond cleans require blocked time and staffing and cannot be easily rebooked.

  • Scope of Airbnb Cleaning

    Our standard Airbnb clean is intended for between-guest turnovers and includes:

    • Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchen

    • Vacuuming and mopping floors

    • Surface dusting and wipe-down

    • Bed making (linen supplied by host unless otherwise arranged)

    • Bin removal

    • Final visual check to ensure the property is guest-ready

    This service does not include deep restoration cleaning unless booked separately

    Property Condition

    Properties must be left in a reasonably tidy condition by departing guests.

    If the property requires additional work due to:

    • Excessive mess or grime

    • Heavy grease, stains, or spills

    • Excessive pet hair

    • Large amounts of rubbish

    • Party, damage, or misuse clean-up

    ➡ Additional charges will apply, or approval will be required before proceeding.

    For quality assurance and transparency, before and after photos may be taken.

    Cancellations

    • More than 24 hours’ notice: No fee

    • Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of booking fee

    • Same-day cancellation or no access: 100% of booking fee

    Short-stay cleans reserve time that cannot be replaced at short notice.

    Access & Supplies

    Hosts are responsible for:

    • Providing clear access instructions

    • Ensuring electricity and water are connected

    • Supplying clean linen and consumables unless otherwise agreed

    • Advising of any special instructions prior to the clean

    Failure to do so may result in delays or additional charges.
